Through 12 years of training in the art of kickboxing I have come to the conclusion that kickboxing is fun, rewarding, mentally and physically challenging but most importantly it's an amazing form of release while staying or getting in shape!
Strength and conditioning is proven to be the fastest way to lose unwanted weight, that is why we combine the two, to maximize on your weight loss goals.
My high energy and amazing enthusiasm is what's so attractive to my audience. My energy never dies down, I give the exact same energy to my last client of the day as he would my first client.
I offer an app for custom programing and instructional videos for proper technique, my individually tailored and easy to follow meal plans are perfect for weight loss and muscle gain.
Finally, mindset coaching is one of my major strong suits as I've personally overcome challenges that would've kept many people down.
